SOLLER Montonio Shipping — Software license terms
Seller and software
The licensor is SIA SOLLER.LV, registration No. 40103719642, info@soller.lv. These terms apply to the purchased release of SOLLER Montonio Shipping Connector for PrestaShop. The product is an independent integration and is not an official Montonio module.
License grant
A non-exclusive license is granted to use the purchased release on one production PrestaShop shop. A staging or test environment for the same project is permitted. Resale, transfer, sublicensing or public distribution of the software is not permitted without a separate written agreement, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Release and requirements
The buyer selects a release for the specific PrestaShop and PHP combination stated on the product page. The software license does not include a Montonio account, Shipping API access, carrier services or their charges.
Delivery and downloads
The ZIP becomes available in the customer account after payment confirmation. Up to 10 downloads within 365 days are provided. The file download period does not end the right to use the purchased software release under this license.
Updates and support
The purchase price excludes installation, configuration, technical support, future version updates and custom development. Standard installation is sold as a separate service; additional work is subject to a separate agreement.
AS IS and mandatory rights
The software is provided in the condition described at the time of purchase (AS IS). This does not exclude or limit mandatory rights relating to conformity of digital content, statutory remedies or other protections under applicable law.
Withdrawal rights and questions
Consumer withdrawal rights are governed by applicable law. The exception for immediate delivery of digital content applies only if the legal requirements for prior express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of withdrawal rights and confirmation are satisfied. Contact: info@soller.lv.
